C.2Snoozone for iPhone
An alarm that listens to a place.
Set a destination and a radius, and Snoozone wakes you on arrival. At your stop, for example, while you sleep on the train.

iPhone, iOS 26 and later
Fall asleep on a train and you miss your stop. An alarm set to a time is little help, because trains are rarely on time. Snoozone wakes you at a place instead.
To be dependable, the alarm has to cut through silent mode and a Focus. Snoozone uses AlarmKit for that, the same system feature as the iOS alarm clock. That is the reason for the iOS 26 requirement.
The interface of this app is in German only. The alarm itself needs no reading.
C.2.1What it does
- Loud enough
- The alarm runs through AlarmKit, so the system handles sound, full-screen presentation and the lock screen. It rings even on a silenced iPhone and through a Focus, and it reaches a paired Apple Watch.
- Safe at speed
- A tight radius can be crossed between two location updates at high speed. Snoozone therefore uses the larger of your radius and the distance you cover in one minute. At 250 km/h that is at least 4.2 kilometres.
- Easy on the battery
- Location accuracy follows the remaining distance instead of running at full load throughout. A geofence acts as a safety net and restarts the app if iOS shut it down.
- On the lock screen
- A Live Activity shows how far you still have to go, on the lock screen and in the Dynamic Island.
C.2.2Data
The app collects no data.
Destinations and location stay on the device. Only place search goes outside, to Apple Maps, because the app uses the system service for it. Nothing reaches us.
