Write to info@digosoft.de. It helps to include your iPhone model, your iOS version, the destination and radius you chose, and a short description of what happened. Replies usually arrive within two working days.

Requirements

  • An iPhone running iOS 26 or later. Earlier versions do not have AlarmKit.
  • Location access set to "Always", so the alarm fires while the device is locked.
  • The alarm permission the app asks for on first launch.
  • The interface is in German only. The alarm itself needs no reading.

Why does the app require iOS 26

The alarm has to cut through silent mode and an active Focus. On iPhone only AlarmKit can do that, and AlarmKit arrived with iOS 26. Falling back to an ordinary notification would be possible but would give up exactly what the app is built for.

The alarm went off too early

That is deliberate. A tight radius can be crossed between two location updates at high speed, and the alarm would then never fire. Snoozone therefore always uses the larger of your radius and the distance you cover in one minute at your current speed. On a train at 250 km/h that is at least 4.2 kilometres.

The alarm did not go off at all

First check that location access is set to "Always" rather than "While Using". Then check that the alarm permission was granted. Both are in the iOS settings under Snoozone. If that does not help, write to us and we will check together whether the system alarm rings on your device with a silenced and locked screen.

The battery drains quickly

Continuous positioning costs energy. Snoozone lowers accuracy the further away the destination is and only switches to fine resolution close to it. On a long train journey this is barely noticeable; over the last few kilometres it is.

Where is my data

On your device. Destinations and radii live in a local database, and your location never leaves the iPhone. Only place search asks Apple Maps. The details are in the privacy policy.

Purchase and refunds

Snoozone is free. If paid extras arrive later, Apple handles payment, invoicing and refunds, through reportaproblem.apple.com or your purchase history in the App Store.
